For Face: Apply 1-2 drops for face and massage into skin morning & night after any toner or serum. For Body: Apply 3-4 drops or as need and massage into skin. For Hair: Apply 2-3 drops on the hand and rub to evenly use at the ends of the dry or wet hair. No need to rinse! For use as a scalp treatment, massage oil directly onto scalp and leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with shampoo and warm water. For Nails: Massage 1 -2 drops on the cuticle areas.
