RETURNS
We will gladly accept the returns within 14 days from the delivered date of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
WHOLESALE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS UNLESS IT'S IT'S A FACTORY DEFECT OR DISCREPANCIES FROM OUR WAREHOUSE. WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES IF THE ITEM IS UNUSED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COST.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale or clearance items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns accepted for 14 days
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING
REGULAR WHOLESALE ORDERS
Please allow 2-3 business days to process the order.
LARGE BULK ORDERS
Please contact us for lead time.
Orders received after 1 pm PST will be in processing the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
We only ship via UPS, FedEX, and USPS. For any third party shipment or courier, it is the client's responsibility to arrange shipment and payment directly to their courier for pick up at our warehouse location.
SHIPPING TIME
Most orders will be processed the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing for out-of-stock products.
